Meet Katie

I was born and raised in Minnesota, and yes, the Minnesota accent is absolutely real. I graduated from St. Cloud State University’s Herberger School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Insurance and relationship-building have been at the center of my career for more than 11 years. After spending four years working alongside another State Farm Agent, I became a State Farm Agent in 2019.

I've always been passionate about connecting with people and a little competitive by nature. As a kid, I used to rollerblade from door to door selling items for school fundraisers because I wanted to earn the top prize. Today, that same drive shows up in how I serve customers and advocate for their needs.

What I love most about this work is building real relationships and helping people feel confident about protecting what matters most. Insurance is personal, and I believe every customer deserves guidance that is honest, thoughtful, and easy to understand. I’m especially passionate about creating a welcoming experience for the LGBTQIA+ community. As a member of the community myself, I know how important it is to feel comfortable, respected, and supported when making important decisions for your family and future.

State Farm has recognized my commitment to customers through achievements including Honors Club and Ambassador Club. These accomplishments are meaningful to me because they reflect the relationships we've built and the confidence our customers place in our agency.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Casey, who serves as the Marketing Director for our agency, our young son, and our three cats. We were all born and raised in Minnesota, and family keeps us busy in the greatest way possible. When I'm not working, you'll often find me cheering on Minnesota hockey, especially the Minnesota Frost, attending concerts, catching a movie with great popcorn, visiting local restaurants, hiking, biking, rock climbing, or spending time with loved ones. Our cats occasionally make appearances at the office, too!
